George Hindman Announces Intention to Join the Freedom Caucus
He is the first candidate in CD 17 to do so.
(Pflugerville, TX) On Wednesday, George Hindman announced his intention to join the Freedom Caucus if he is elected to congress.
Hindman is the first Republican candidate in the CD 17 race to align himself with Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, and Chip Roy.
In announcing his intention Hindman stated, “Conservatives want a congressman who won’t just say the right thing, but do what they say after they are elected. I believe we need to continue to ensure that Republicans don’t just oppose socialism, but advance conservative principles. That’s why, if elected, I will join the House Freedom Caucus.”
Hindman is the owner of Keystone Aerospace, a FAA certified commercial pilot and flight instructor, as well as a registered professional engineer and inventor. Hindman previously worked in the Mission Operations Directorate at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, where he taught astronauts and mission controllers how to use the space shuttle’s computers and navigation systems.
